摘要
测控资源的天地一体化调度是一个具有多时间窗口、长时间窗口等复杂约束的优化问题。借鉴低轨卫星测控调度任务需求描述方式,在对中高轨卫星的轨道测量和轨道保持等需求进行分析的基础上,给出了适于调度算法设计的高中低轨任务需求规范化描述;针对天基和地基测控资源的测控特点,以卫星任务需求加权满足率最大为目标,建立了天地资源的一体化调度模型;并设计了基于遗传算法的调度策略。仿真表明,所建模型和算法是可行的。
The integrated scheduling of TTC resources is an optimization problem with complex constraints such as multi-time windows and long-time windows.The requirements for orbit determination and orbit keeping of middle and high orbit satellites are analyzed,then according to the task requirement description of low orbit satellites,a normalized requirement description for all types of satellites suitable for scheduling algorithm design is proposed.Following the performance constraints of TTC resources from space and ground,an integrated scheduling model is established,with maximizing the weight satisfaction rate as an objective,and then a genetic algorithm-based scheduling strategy is formulated.Simulation results demonstrate that the presented model and algorithm are feasible.
