Creation Mechanism of Edge Black Line on Hot Strip

摘要 梅钢1422热轧带钢边部黑线一度成为产品质量的重大问题。为此根据轧线特点,对可能的影响因素,如热卷箱、辊道、水平轧机、立辊轧机、立辊各道次侧压量、负荷系数及立辊孔型等逐一进行工业试验与分析,结果表明,采用立辊孔型是解决问题的关键因素,提高立轧温度、合理分配立辊负荷系数以及提高连铸坯边部质量对改善黑线缺陷也有一定益处。 Black line once was a big product problem in Meishan Hot Strip Mill.According to the characteristic of the hot rolling line,the possible influence factors,which include coil box,table,roughing mill,edge draft of each pass,edge load distribute factors and edge roll shape,were experimented and analyzed.The results show that edge roll shape is a key factor for solving black line defect,and increasing the rolling temperature,making the load distribution factor reasonable and improving the quality of casting slab are benefit to black line defect.
