摘要
为了在引进的烧结机过程计算机系统上拓展功能,针对灰箱数学模型难于满足新工艺要求的情况,提出了利用已知计算机系统的输入输出数据,采用聚类分析和冶金机理分析相结合的综合分析方法,构建了烧结过程在线质量控制模型。通过在450 m2烧结机上的连续运行和测试,证实了该系统的有效性,实现了适应新工艺要求的烧结过程在线质量控制。
In order to expand the function of the process computer system on the sintering machine and to meet the new requirements which are not satisfied by traditional grey-box model, a novel online quality eontrol system was proposed by using data clustering and metallurgical mechanism analysis. Through uninterrupted running and testing on 450 m^2 sintering machine, the validity of the system was demonstrated, and the novel system meets the requirements of new sintering process.
