马钢超低硫钢的生产工艺研究 被引量:8

Production Technology of Ultra-Low Sulphur Steel in Masteel

摘要 在马钢生产X70、X80管线钢为平台的超低硫钢生产工艺的基础上,分别对转炉、LF精炼过程钢水硫含量控制进行了分析研究,研究结果表明转炉吹炼过程增硫主要来自于铁水脱硫渣和废钢中带入的硫,LF炉深脱硫主要取决于钢包顶渣的控制和强搅脱硫的搅拌功。通过工艺调整,使生产X70、X80管线钢时LF炉终点w[S]可稳定控制在0.005 0%以下,平均w[S]为0.001 1%。 The techniques of the ultra low sulfur steel based on the production of X70/X80 pipe-line steel was investigated. And the control of [S] content during the process from BOF to LF was analyzed. The increase of the content of sulfur during BOF blowing is mainly caused by molten iron slag after pretreatment and scrap, the LF deep desulphurization depends on the control of the top slag and the strong stirring power. By technologic adjustment, during the production of X70/X80 pipe-line steel, the [S] at the end of LF is controlled stably below 0. 005 0%, and the average [S] is 0. 001 1%.
