中国汽车零部件企业生产管理绩效“标高”研究

Benchmarking Study on the Manufacturing Performance of Chinese Autocomponent Enterprises

本文比较中国汽车零部件企业与国际同类企业的生产管理绩效，所用指标主要是劳动生产率、产品质量和在制品库存水平。在此基础上对影响生产管理绩效的内外部因素进行了分析讨论，并对如何改善生产管理绩效提出了一些建议。

This paper compared manufacturing performance of autocomponent enterprises in China withthose in industrialized countries. The productivity, quality and inventory level are used as the measuringcriteria. Based on these data, the internal and external factors effecting the performances are discussed, andsome suggestions are given.
