摘要
将层次分析法与模糊综合评价方法相结合,建立了人事选拔评价的数学模型。模型中各评价因素权重的确定,采用层次分析法,避免了人为的主观因素,使模糊综合评价更加科学、公正、客观。
This paper combines analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to set up a mathematical model of the personnel selection and evaluation.In the model the weight of all evaluation factors were determined by the analytic hierarchy process,which can avoid the artificial subjective factors,making the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation more scientific,impartial and objective.
