摘要
根据直角坐标系和斜轴坐标系下坐标和线段的变换关系,在现有外圆磨床数控系统的基础上开发具有斜轴功能的外圆磨床数控系统,并对斜轴变换导致的磨床行走轨迹的误差进行分析。在外圆磨床数控系统的基础上开发的斜轴外圆磨床具备普通外圆磨床数控系统的所有功能,如:砂轮定型、砂轮修整、磨削加工中的直线行走和圆弧行走功能,也具备与砂轮修整相关的工件坐标原点补偿和砂轮修整坐标原点补偿的功能。而且这些功能都可以在直角坐标系下实现。
According to the transform relation of rectangular coordinate and oblique axes coordinate,based on the existing numerical control system of external cylindrical grinding machine,the numerical control system of oblique axes external cylindrical grinding machine is developed.The path error induced by oblique axes coordinate transform is analysed.The developed numerical control system of oblique axes external cylindrical grinding machine have all the functions of the existing numerical control system of external cylindrical grinding machine,such as wheel shaping,wheel dressing and beeline and arc track in griding.The developed numerical control system have the same functions such as origin compensating of the grinding wheel and origin compensating of the workpice.All of the functions can realized in rectangular coordinate.
