摘要
借助于材料力学及有限元方法,利用Pro/MECHANICA软件中的相关分析模块对玉米青贮切碎机的主传动轴进行强度和刚度校核、模态分析及疲劳分析,在较短的时间内获得了该零件的最大应力、最大变形及在轴上的发生部位,确定了主传动轴的固有频率及振型,找到了发生疲劳破坏的危险区域,从而可以对材料的选取、结构的优化设计做出快速响应,缩短了产品的设计周期,提高了新产品的开发效率。
Based on material mechanics and finite element method,the interrelated analysis modules of Pro/MECHANICA was used to check the strength and rigidity of the silage maize harvester's main driving axis and adopt modal analysis and fatigue analysis.Through these analysis,it got the maximum stress and displacement,confirmed the normal frequency and vibration modes of the axis and found out the dangerous area of fatigue damage.So it can make out quick response on material selection and the optimal design of structure,shorten the period of designing and improve the efficiency of developing.
