摘要
基于热塑剪切失稳理论,建立考虑材料特性和切削参数的绝热剪切临界条件方程,进行30CrNi3MoV钢高速切削过程中绝热剪切临界条件的预测。通过与试验结果的比较,证明了该方法的有效性。给出高速切削30CrNi3MoV钢绝热临界切削条件之间的定量关系,对实际加工过程中切削参数的选择具有一定的指导意义。
The theory of thermal plastic shear instability is applied to predict the adiabatic shear critical conditions of 30CrNi3MoV in orthogonal high speed cutting.The critical equation of adiabatic shear in high speed cutting which considers the effect of materials properties and cutting conditions is presented.Through comparing the prediction results with that of experiments,the validity of this method is verified.The quantitative relationship of critical cutting conditions for 30CrNi3MoV are given,which can be used to coach the selection of cutting parameters in the cutting process.
