采用Zigbee与CAN总线的混凝土泵车监控系统实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 混凝土泵车是一种现代化建设中被广泛使用的专业车辆。由于工作环境和作业强度等因素的影响,泵车运行状况是否正常无法预知。鉴于混凝土泵车本身的结构特点,长臂上的状态信号采用有线采集方法有很大的局限性,而采用总线技术有助于实现传感器的即插即用,有利于现有设备的改造以及新设备的开发。采用Zigbee与CAN总线技术,设计一种实时监控混凝土泵车状态的方案,实现信号的无线采集及总线传输,并开发无线采集及总线传输的实验平台,用实验证明此方案的可行性。 Concrete pump used as special construction machine plays more and more important part in modernization.Because of the working environment,the influence of operating strength and other,the state of health of the pump cannot be predicted.Considering of the structural of the concrete pump,using wired acquisition for the state signal of the long arm has great limitations.The use of bus technology contributes to the achievement of plug-and-play of sensors,and helps on the transformation of existing equipment,as well as the development of new equipment.Based on Zigbee and CAN bus technology,the solution of a real-time monitoring of concrete pump state has been designed.Signals can be collected wirelessly and transmited by bus.Experiment platform with Zigbee and CAN bus technology has been designed and some experiments have been done to prove the feasibility of the design.
