摘要
目的:探讨目标管理在轮转护士小儿静脉穿刺技能培训中的应用效果。方法:选取富阳市妇幼保健院输液室2008-2009年轮转护士24名,并随机分为实验组和对照组各12名,实验组采取由轮转护士共同参与目标体系的制定和评价的目标管理法进行培训。对照组采取传统的培训方法,即一对一的"以教师为导向"的带教模式。结果:实验组小儿静脉穿刺成功率91.9%,高于对照组6.1%,两组成功率比较P<0.01。结论:应用目标管理法培训轮转护士的小儿静脉穿刺技能是一种有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of management by objective (MBO) in rotary nurses on pediatric venipuncture (PV) skills training. Methods 24 rotary nurses in infusion room of Maternal and Child Care Hospital of Fuyang city were selected during 2008 to 2009,who were divided into experimental and control group by random,with 12 nurses in each group. Experimental group was taken by a rotating target system for nurses to participate in the development and evaluation of management by objective method for training. Control group used a model of "student to teacher" and"teacher--oriented". Results The success rate of PV of experimental group is 91. 9%,6. 1% higher than that of control group. The difference is significant (P〈0. 01). Conclusions MBO training PV on the rotary nurses is an effective method.
