摘要
目的:探讨疾病管理计划在农村高血压患者中的应用效果。方法:将200例农村高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用疾病管理计划,对照组进行随机管理,6个月后比较两组的效果。结果:观察组患者血压下降程度、不良生活方式及行为的改善状况、急性事件的发生率均好于对照组,二者差异存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论:对农村高血压患者应用疾病管理计划,是切实有效的措施,临床效果好,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the applied effect of disease management programm in patients with hypertension in countryside. Methods 200 patients were divided randomly into the intervention group （100 cases） and control group （100 cases）. The control group was applied for the random management, the intervention group took the disease management programm,and then the efficacy of them were compared after 6 months. Results The decreased level of blood pressure, poor lifestyle,the improvement of the behavior and the incidence of acute events of the observation group all were better than the control group. There was a significant difference between them （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The disease management program was an effective measure in the management of countryside hypertension patients, which achieves good clinical results ,and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
