摘要
设计了一种满足检测标准要求,能够适用于多种汽车空气流量计(MAF)的在线检测评价系统。该系统主要由流量控制模块、参数检测与采集模块、上位机控制软件和快速夹紧装置等部分组成。用该检测系统在常温下对BOSCH公司生产的MAF进行检测,检测结果表明:该MAF的检测精度为1.92%。对该MAF进行重复检测,误差检测结果偏差小于0.3%;在不同温度和湿度下对100、180和300 kg/h 3个不同流量点进行标定,系统检测误差分别为0.3%和0.4%。
An online testing and evaluating system which can meet testing standards for mass air flow (MAF) of ear was designed. The system mainly consists of flow control module, the parameter detection and acquisition module, host computer control software and fast clamping devices components. The MAF pro- duced by BOSCH was detected using this system at normal temperature, the test results show that the accuracy of MAF is 1.92%, and the MAF repeated testing results show that the testing error deviation is less than 0.3%. Demarcating the system at different temperatures and humidity with three different flow calibration points of 100 kg/h, 180 kg/h and 300 kg/h, the results show that the system testing errors are 0.3% FS and 0.5% FS respectively.
