摘要
报道了1994~1996年施用中量元素硫肥对蔬菜产量与品质的效应。盆栽及微区试验结果表明,在氮、磷、钾肥基础上,每公顷土壤施硫肥30kg,可使蔬菜作物增产4.38%~29.86%,维生素C含量提高4.65%~14.81%,硝酸盐含量降低4.80%~10.75%,部分蔬菜总糖含量提高2.04%~3.18%,马铃薯淀粉含量提高5.91%。
This
paper reports the effect of sulpher application on yields and qualities of vegetables. The pot and
plot experimental results showed that the yields of vegetables were increased from 438% to
2986%,the content of VC were increased from 465% to 1481%, the content of NO-3 were decreased
from 480% to 1075% ,the partial vegetables total suger content were increased from 204% to 318%,
the starch of tomato content was increased 591%,by applying sulpher 30 kghm-2,when NPK were
applied as basal dressing
