硫对蔬菜产量与品质的效应(I)

SULPHER ON YIELDS AND QUALITIES OF VEGETABLES

报道了１９９４～１９９６年施用中量元素硫肥对蔬菜产量与品质的效应。盆栽及微区试验结果表明，在氮、磷、钾肥基础上，每公顷土壤施硫肥３０ｋｇ，可使蔬菜作物增产４．３８％～２９．８６％，维生素Ｃ含量提高４．６５％～１４．８１％，硝酸盐含量降低４．８０％～１０．７５％，部分蔬菜总糖含量提高２．０４％～３．１８％，马铃薯淀粉含量提高５．９１％。

This paper reports the effect of sulpher application on yields and qualities of vegetables. The pot and plot experimental results showed that the yields of vegetables were increased from 438% to 2986%,the content of VC were increased from 465% to 1481%, the content of NO-3 were decreased from 480% to 1075% ,the partial vegetables total suger content were increased from 204% to 318%, the starch of tomato content was increased 591%,by applying sulpher 30 kghm-2,when NPK were applied as basal dressing
