摘要
探讨阻燃粘胶混纺纱的性能及降低纺纱成本的途径。对比测试了磷系阻燃粘胶纤维和硅系阻燃粘胶纤维的表面形态、强伸性及摩擦因数,纺制出了不同混纺比的磷系阻燃粘胶硅系阻燃粘胶混纺纱,并测试分析了各混纺纱的强伸性、吸湿性和阻燃性。指出:阻燃粘胶纤维强力较低,摩擦性能较差;阻燃粘胶纱线强力较差,吸湿性较好,阻燃性随着磷系阻燃粘胶纤维含量的增加而减小;综合各方面性能及成本因素,磷系阻燃粘胶硅系阻燃粘胶混纺纱选择磷系阻燃粘胶混纺比为70%~80%时较理想。
Property of flame-retardant viscose blended yarn and method of reducing spinning cost were discussed. Surface morphology,strength & elongation and friction factor of both phosphorus series flame-retardant viscose fiber and silicon series flame-retardant viscose fiber were contrasted and tested. Blended yarns of both phosphorus series flame-retardant viscose and silicon series flame-retardant viscose were spun then the strength & elongation,hygroscopicity,flameretardant of the two yarns were tested and analyzed. It is pointed out that strength of flame-retardant viscose fiber is lower,the friction property is worse. Strength of flame-retardant viscose yarn is worse while the hygroscopicity is better. Yarn flame-retardant property is reduced while the content of phosphorus series flame-retardant viscose fiber is increased. Based on every property and cost factor the content of phosphorus series flame-retardant viscose in blended yarn should be 70% -80%.
