摘要
探讨在梳棉机上使用植针式固定盖板的工作机理及使用效果。介绍了目前固定盖板的使用状况以及锯齿式和植针式固定盖板的特点。根据植针式固定盖板的特点,对其的优势和梳理机理与锯齿式固定盖板进行了分析对比。同时,在不同的机型上进行了多种配置的试验对比,在同等条件下与锯齿式固定盖板相比,各种指标均有不同程度的改善,而且有的指标改善比较明显。认为植针式固定盖板性能优于锯齿式固定盖板。
Working principle and application effect of needling stationary fiat on carding machine were discussed. Using situation of current stationary fiat and characteristics of saw stationary flat and needling stationary flat were introduced. According to property of needling stationary flat,advantages and carding mechanism were contrasted to saw stationary flat. Several settings on different machine were tested and contrasted. Under the same conditions,yarn indexes could be improved in different degree when adopting needling stationary fiat. It is considered that property of needling stationary fiat is better than that of saw stationary flat.
