Comprehensive Detection and Evaluation of Yarn Quality

探讨对纱线质量实现全面检测和综合评定的方法。分析了纱线线密度、条干均匀度、强力、纱疵、毛羽、捻度等指标的检测要点,介绍了针织纱与机织纱的布面检测方法,从仪器检测和布面检测两方面,对纱线质量的全面检测进行了分析讨论。认为:只有将仪器检测和布面检测结合起来,才能更全面、更正确地评定纱线质量。

Methods of comprehensive detection and evaluation yarn quality were discussed. Detection key points of yarn linear density, evenness CV, strength, yarn defect, hairiness, twister et al were analyzed. Fabric surface detection methods of knitting yarn and woven yarn were introduced. From the aspects of instrument detection and fabric surface detection,comprehensive detection of yarn quality were analyzed and discussed. It is considered that yarn quality could be evaluated fully through combing instrument detection and fabric surface detection.
