利益机制是社会主体有目的的以物质利益为载体的利益实现方式。利益机制对价值认同有基础、动力和杠杆作用。改善民生不只是一种简单的物的投入,它是一种推进社会主义核心价值认同十分重要的利益机制。以改善民生为利益机制,必须坚持社会主义核心价值认同为导向,必须坚持发挥社会意识形态的能动作用,必须处理好与社会主义市场经济的关系。只有正确认识和处理改善民生的利益机制与市场经济的利益机制的科学关系,才能发挥改善民生的利益机制在实现社会主义核心价值认同中的重要作用。

Benefit mechanism is a realization of interest which social subject purposefully takes material benefits as the carrier.Benefit mechanism have the fundamental,dynamic and leverage effect on value recognition.Improving people's livelihood is not only simple and material inputs,but also a benefit mechanism of great importance to propel the socialist core value recognition.In order to take the improvement of people's livelihood as benefit mechanism,we must insist the socialist core value as direction,must insistently play a dynamic role of social ideology,and must handle relations with the socialist market economy.
