摘要
目的:评价心脑舒通软胶囊制剂的溶出度。方法:采用《中国药典》(2005版)溶出度测定法第二法对心脑舒通软胶囊的溶出度进行测定,以比色法对其中的总黄酮进行测定。结果:3批次心脑舒通软胶囊的溶出度分别为87.0%,(RSD%=0.3%,n=6),89.4%(RSD%=0.8%,n=6),88.8%(RSD%=1%,n=6)。结论:采用溶出度测定法第二法可测定心脑舒通软胶囊溶出度。
Objective： To evaluate Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule dissolution. Methods： The dissolution of Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule was determined by No. 2 method in China Pharmacopeia （2005）. Total flavone was determined by colorimetry. Results： 3 batches of dissolutions is respectively 87.0%, （RSD% = 0. 3%, n = 6）, 89. 4% （RSD% =0.8%, n=6）, 88.8% （RSD% =1%, n=6）. Conclusion： No. 2 method in China Pharmacopeia can be used to determine the dissolution of Xinnao Shutong Soft Capsule.
