党的十七大报告首次提出要建设生态文明,阐明了经济、政治、文化、社会、生态建设"五位一体"的科学发展观。"生态文明"理念是中国特色社会主义理论的应有内涵,是对中国特色社会主义理论的丰富和发展,对广东生态文明建设实践、走"绿色广东"之路,具有重要的指导意义。

The report of the 17th State Congress of the CPC first put forward the construction of ＂ecological civilization＂ and expounded the view of scientific development from the economic,political,cultural,social and ecological aspects.The idea of ＂ecological civilization＂ connotes and develops the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and thus has great significance for the construction of ＂ecological civilization＂ of Guangdong Province.
