人的生命是人体维持生存的基本的活动能力。生命权平等早已是深入人心的经验法则。没有人能找出生命权不平等的理由。生命权和生命价值都没有质与量的差别,因生命权被非法侵害应得到平等的物质赔偿。狭义的死亡赔偿金是对生命利益本身的赔偿。
Life is the basic capacity of a human being to maintain the body alive.The equality of right of life is an empirical rule strikingly rooted in all people＇s mind.No one can find out any reason for the inequality of right of life.Nevertheless,there is no qualitative or quantitative difference on the right and value of life among different people.Material compensation should be given equally due to the illegal infringement to the right of life.Death compensation,from a narrow sense,is the compensation to the interest of life.
