摘要
加强部门之间的协调与合作是我国政府当前阶段的发展要求,海事管理中部门之间的合作尤为重要。本文重点介绍了中国海事管理跨部门协作的现状,针对我国海事管理的现实情况,指出我国应借鉴海事发达国家海事管理部门协作机制,构建多层次海事管理协调机制。
It is one of urgent development needs for Chinese government to strengthen interagency collaboration and coordination, which has been more important for maritime management in China. Based on the introduction of present cross - agency collaboration in Chinese maritime management, this paper points out that China should learn from developed countries, especially their interagency collaboration experience in maritime management. It also makes suggestion on building up a multi - level collaboration mechanism in China＇ s maritime management.
