公共卫生服务均等化是现代文明发展的一杆标尺,我国新一轮卫生改革明确提出了"基本公共卫生服务均等化"的目标。本文简单回顾了我国公共卫生服务均等化的相关背景,归纳了公共卫生服务在均等化方面的问题与表现,并梳理了几个方面的成因,目的在于说明,公共卫生服务均等化方面存在的问题是多种原因共同导致的,其解决也需要多方面的共同努力。

The equalization of public health services is an important dimension for modem civilized development, and a new round of Health Reform in China has clearly put forward a goal of Equalization of Basic Public Health Services. Through simply reviewing its relevant backgrounds, summarizing its common problems ＆ symptoms and analyzing several causes for that, this paper tries to demonstrate that the problems of the equalization of public health services and their causes are mainly resulted in diversified reasons, and therefore the solutions and countermeasures to them are subjected to the joint efforts made by many stakeholders.
