A New Exploration of the University Development and Management——From the Segregation between "Utensil" and "Dao" to the Consistency of"Utensil" and "Dao"

时代的发展迫使大学不断地融入到社会中去,日益彰显着大学之"器"的工具理性,导致大学之"道"缺失,出现大学行政化、市场化、工厂化等问题。然而,大学自诞生以来,就以其独有之"道",遵循大学自身发展的内在逻辑,超越、引领着社会的发展。"道"、"器"如何有效整合是当前值得关注的焦点之一。逐渐完善现代大学制度是大学"道""器"相合的新探索,也是大学发展与管理的新探索。

With the Development of the times, the university continuously has integrated into society, increasingly revealing its instru- mental rationality and missing its ＂Dao＂, thus has led to some problems of university administration, marketization, industrializatiort and so on. However, since its birth, University on its unique ＂Dao＂ has followed the University＇s own internal developmental logic, transcending and leading the development of society. How to integrate ＂utensil＂ with ＂Dao＂ is one of the current focus. Gradually improving the modern university system is the new exploration of consistency of the University＇s ＂utensil＂ and ＂Dao＂ as well as the new exploration of the Universlty devclooment and management.
