Analysis on the Building Model of American E-government

美国作为世界上信息技术领先的国家,其电子政务建设一直走在世界前列,积累了许多成熟的经验,形成了一个独特的电子政务建设模式。本文主要从建设中心、建设主体、建设行为、建设层次、建设手段、建设标准等方面对美国电子政务建设进行较全面、系统地分析,以归纳出美国电子政务建设的基本模式,并据此为中国电子政务建设提出一些建议。

As a leading country in the field of information technologies in the world, America has been in the forefront of the world and has accumulated a lot of mature experience in the building of E - government. The article analyses more roundly and systematieally the building of American E - government from the angles of the building center, building mainbody, building behav-ior, building level, building tool,and building standard. The article generalizes the building model of American E -government from the above analysis and puts forward some proposals for the building of Chinese E - government.
