分析了军事信息服务知识化的"原创性"研究的社会背景、基本含义和主要特点,从信息内容结构的"叙述层"、"含义层"、"特指层"和"效用层"等4个方面系统阐述了国防科技信息服务与军事信息服务知识化突出"原创性"的科学方法。
The paper analyzes the social background,basic meaning and main characteristics of the＂originali-ty＂of knowledge in military information service.It systematically illustrates the scientific method of how defense sci-ence and technology information service and military information service give prominence to＂originality＂from 4 as-pects,that is,the＂description layer＂,＂conception layer＂,＂particularity layer＂and＂effectiveness layer＂in the structure of information content.
