TIM-3与器官移植免疫耐受的研究现状
TIM-3 and organ transplantation immune tolerance
摘要
Th1介导的迟发型超敏反应不仅引起急性排斥反应,而且其间断活化产生的细胞因子和炎性介质直接导致慢性移植物失功。TIM-3-Galectin-9信号通路可以选择性抑制Th1型细胞反应,有望为器官移植免疫耐受的诱导提供新途径。
