摘要
研究航空发动机性能时,仿真技术已经越来越多地应用于控制系统的研究和设计中。高空台开展进排气调压系统用半实物仿真技术研究具有重要的应用价值。介绍了半物理仿真技术在航空发动机高空试验中的作用、关键技术分析和以GE90-70可编程控制系统为平台的进排气调压系统半物理仿真试验台的建设方案。通过仿真试验与原试验结果的对比,表明了所建立的动态仿真系统的正确性和有效性,说明设计的半物理仿真试验系统能实时反映控制系统作用下的真实试车过程。
With the development of simulation technology, the hardware -in -loop real -time simulation technology has been widely applyed to control system research and design. Research of semi - physical simulation in inlet/exhaust pressure adjustment system is very important in application. This paper dctailedly introduces the effect and key technologies of semi - physical simulation technology on aero engine altitude simulation test, semi - physical simulation test stand building scheme of inlet/exhaust pressure adjustment system based on GE90 - 70 programmable control system. The contrast analysis of the simulation and other normal test results shows that the dynamic simulation model development is correct and valid, the semi - physical simulation test system of design can show the real tests running at the real- time control system.
