摘要
关于鼻调味癌治疗问题,研究EB病毒通过EGFR对鼻咽癌肿瘤生长和调控的影响。传统采用生物学方法不能区分肿瘤内部和表面,也不能全程记录分子成分的变化。为了克服上述缺点,为肿瘤生物学研究提供可验证的假说,提出用ABM模型研究EB病毒通过EGFR对鼻咽癌肿瘤生长和调控网络的影响。在对肿瘤的生长速度和细胞内外三种分子浓度的动态变化,即细胞质中的EGFR、细胞膜中的EGFR和细胞外的TGFα等各种情况下进行仿真。仿真研究的结果对鼻咽癌的生物学研究和临床治疗有启发意义,进一步的研究需要加入更复杂的信号网络,尤其是免疫系统,以获得更加有价值的结果。
The paper aims to investigate the effect of EBV on the tumor growth and regulation network of NPC through EGFR. Traditional biological methods do not distinguish the inside and surface of the tumor, and can not record the whole changing course of the molecular. In order to overcome these shortcomings and provide testable hypotheses for tumor biological research, ABM is proposed to this research. The growth rate of tumor and dynamic change of 3 molecular concentrations are recorded under two simulation conditions, which includes EGFR in cytoplasm, EG- FR in membrane and extra cellular TGFα. The results of the simulation are heuristic to the biological research and clinical therapy of NPC. More complicated signal network, especially network of immunity system, should be added to the model for further research to achieve more valuable results.
