摘要
植物生长调节剂CFM和Bendroquinon可明显抑制水芹根系的向地性生长。这2种物质和另1种生长调节剂DPX1840均可在短时间内迅速抑制3H-IAA在豌豆茎切段中的极性运输,但不影响茎组织对‘H-IAA的吸收,因而造成3H-IAA在处理上方组织中积累。根据结果推测,这些生长调节剂抑制极向他性生长的机制可能与它们抑制植物体中IAA的极性运输有关。
Geotropism of cress roots was inhibited markedly by application of plant growthregulators CFM and Bendroquinon in growth medium. Both substances and another regula-tor DPX1840 inhibited polar 3H-IAA transport through the segments from the second intern-ode of pea plants, but didn't influence the net uptake of 3H-IAA by the upper cut surface ofthe segments, which resulted in accumulation of 3H-IAA in the upper part of the segments.The results suggested that the inhibitory effect of the plant growth regulators on geotropismof cress plant roots was related to their negative effect on polar IAA transport in plants.
