摘要
分析长期太极拳练习对男大学生骨健康的影响,发现:太极拳运动能够改善男大学生机体骨量和骨强度,促进骨健康状况改善,尤其是改善跟骨、股骨和腰椎的骨健康状况,为预防和延缓骨质疏松症发生,提高国民健康素质,构建全民健身健康风险评估体系提供理论依据。
after analyzing the effects of long-time shadowboxing exercise on the bone health of male college students,the paper finds that shadowboxing exercise can improve student's bone mass and bone strength,improve the condition of the bone health,especially for the calcaneus,thighbone and lumbar.The paper offers theoretical reference in hope of preventing and postponing the happening of the osteoporosis,improve the health quality of the whole nation,and set up the risk evaluation system of the mass fitness and health.
