摘要
运用文献资料检索法、调查与特征分析法、比较分析法,对中、美、日、英、俄、德六国体育学科研究生招生制度、课程结构、教学模式、管理体制进行结构化的和个案的比较研究,指出我国体育学科研究生教育初步形成体系,但整齐划一的招生制度不利于选拔有特殊才能的人;研究生课程设置专注于基础、理论知识的阐发,对学生跨学科知识、研究能力重视不够;在体育学科研究生教育管理方面,学术自主权没有真正落实,应明确中央、地方和政府、学校之间的职能分工,逐步推进社会第三方评估力量的成长。
With the method of literature review,investigation,feature analysis and comparative analysis,the paper conduct case study to compare the enrollment system,curriculum structure,teaching mode and management system of sport masters in China,the United States,Japan,Britain,Russia and Germany.The paper proposes that Chinese sport graduate education has formed a primary framework,but the unified enrollment system is not good for the selection of talent.The curriculum is over-emphasis on the foundation and theory teaching without due focus on the inter-disciplinary knowledge and research capacity.In the management of sport graduate students education,the academic dependence has not been implemented.The function division among the central government,local government and universities should be clarified to promote the development of the third-party evaluation from the public.
