摘要
【目的】研究大、中、小剂量痹痛消丸对5种实验性炎症动物模型的抗炎作用,探讨痹痛消丸的抗炎作用机制。【方法】将100只ICR小鼠和150只Wistar大鼠分别随机分为痹痛消大、中、小剂量组,阿司匹林组、吲哚美辛组、0.25%CMC-Na组,每组50只。建立5种实验性炎症动物模型,研究大、中、小剂量痹痛消丸的抗炎作用。采用SPSS10.0软件进行统计分析。【结果】大、中、小剂量痹痛消丸对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸诱发的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加、大鼠棉球致肉芽组织增生均有显著的抑制作用,能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性足跖炎症组织内PGE2含量与胸腔渗出液中白细胞计数。【结论】痹痛消丸各剂量不仅对以血浆蛋白渗出为主的急性炎症有显著对抗作用,而且对以肉芽组织增生为主的慢性增殖性炎症也有较强抑制作用。
【Objective】Five experimental inflammatory animal models was used to observe the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanisms of low,medium,high-dose of Pitongxiao Pills.【Methods】The 100 ICR rats and 150 Wistar rats were respectively divided into Pitongxiao pills low-dose,medium-dose,high-dose group,aspirin group,indomethacin group and 0.25%CMC-Na group.Every group consisted of 50 rats.To observe the anti-inflammatory effects of low,medium,high-dose of Pitongxiao Pills by establishing five experimental inflammatory animal models.SPSS 10.0 was used to analyze the data.【Results】The results showed that low-dose,medium-dose,high-dose Pitongxiao Pills Administration can suppress the ear swell induced by xylene in mice,inhibite the increasing permeability of abdominal capillary of mice which was induced by acetic acid and also significantly inhibite granuloma proliferation.the contents of prostaglandin E in inflammatory tissue of rat hind paw and the number of white cells in thorax extravasate induced by carrageenan.were decreased by administration of test drug.【Conclusions】Pitongxiao Pills at various doses not only significantly suppressed the exudation of plasma proteins in acute inflammation but also inhibited proliferation of granulation tissue in chronic proliferating inflammation.
