氧化亚氮吸入超浅麻醉在种植牙手术中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 【目的】观察种植牙患者在氧化亚氮(笑气)吸入超浅全麻状态下行种植牙手术的麻醉效果。【方法】选取20例种植牙手术的患者随机分成实验组与对照组,每组10例。手术包括双侧上颌窦提升术,onlay植骨术,多颗种植体同期植入术。实验组用氧化亚氮吸人配合局部麻醉进行手术,对照组单纯采用局部麻醉进行手术。通过观察两组患者的心率、血压等循环系统的变化,对手术疼痛耐受程度差异及手术过程中镇静程度差异进行评定。【结果】对照组患者手术前及手术中的心率、血压明显高于实验组,且与实验组相比术前、术中的镇痛镇静效果及手术耐受与配合程度明显减弱。【结论】氧化亚氮吸人超浅全麻具有安全、有效等特点,对于种植等口腔颌面外科手术具有很好的辅助效应。 【Objective】To observe the effect of inhaling nitrous oxide(laughing gas) and oxygenao superficial anesthesia in combination with local anesthesia in patients undertaking dental implantation.[Methods] 20 patients undertaking dental implantation were selected and divided randomly into two groups(10 in each).The operations include bilateral maxillary sinus lift operation,onlay bone graft operation and operation of simultaneous placement of multiple implants.Adopt supeticial anesthesia by inhaling nitrous oxide and oxygen in combination with local anesthesia for the experiment group and adopt local anesthesia for the control group.Changes in the heart rate,blood pressure,differences in level of sedation and differences in pain tolerance and effect of nitrous oxide inhalation superficial anesthesia in two groups were observed.[Results] The experiments show that the heart rate and blood pressure of control group are significantly higher than those of patients in the experiment group,and the level of sedation and degree of tolerance and cooperation of patients in the control group decreased significantly in comparison with the experiment group.[Conclusions] Inhaling nitrous oxide in combination with local anesthesia is safe and effective and has very good effect in assisting oral surgery operations such as implantation.
