朱顶红品种生物学指标的回归和聚类分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 对从国外引种的朱顶红品种的生物学指标进行了回归和聚类分析。结果显示,朱顶红的花期(y)和叶长(x)呈显著相关(R=0.512*)(P〈0.05),其回归方程为y=10.907-0.057x;花期与株高、叶宽、茎粗、花朵直径均没有显著性相关(P〉0.05);花朵直径与株高、叶宽、茎粗也均没有显著性相关(P〉0.05);根据生物学指标把20个朱顶红品种聚成3大类,并根据各类特点提出应用建议。 Regression and clustering analysis of biological indicators of Hippeastrum vittatum were undertaken.Result shows significant correlation between the florescence of Hippeastrum vittatum and leaf length(R=0.512*)(P0〈.05)with the regress equation to be y=10.907—0.057x;no significant correlations existed between the florescence and plant height,leaf width,pedicel diameter, flower d iameter(P〉0.05).Neither did between the flower diameter and plant high,leaf width and pedicel diameter.20 varieties of Hippeastrum vittatum were clustered into 3 groups through regression and clustering analysis.
