我国优秀女子冬季两项运动员射击训练中脑电图及其相关指标变化规律的研究 被引量:8

A Research on the Change of EEG and Its Correlated Indexes of National Excellent Female Biathlon Athletes in Shooting Training

摘要 我国冬季两项高水平女运动员就其射击特点可大体分为两类,老运动员和年轻运动员。影响冬季两项高水平运动员射击成绩的因素很多,主要影响因素为神经机能水平和射击时间等。神经机能水平尤其是其稳定性对射击成绩的影响很大,其调节能力和稳定性表现为卧射好于立射,老运动员好于年轻运动员的特点。射击时间反映的是运动员射击技术、神经机能水平的调节能力和稳定性、心理因素等多方面的综合影响,片面地强调缩短射击时间并不都会提高射击成绩。 The excellent biathlon female athletes in China can be divided into two groups,the senior athletes and the young athletes,by the feature of shooting.There are plenty of factors in the effect of shooting performance of the excellent Biathlon athletes.The major factors are the level of nervous function and the shooting time.The level,especially the stability,of nervous function affects the performance.A better adjustment ability and stability is reflected in the better performance of prone shooting over shooting from a standing position.And the ability of the seniors is better than that of the young players.Shooting time span is influenced by comprehensive factors,such as shooting skill,the adjustment ability and stability of nervous function level and psychological factors.Over-emphasis on short shooting time will not enhance performance in every situation.
