棉酚脱毒微生物的筛选及其脱毒效果的研究 被引量:23

摘要 经反复发酵脱毒试验,筛选出了一株棉酚脱毒菌(S9606)。试验结果证明,该菌能将含棉酚在0.045%~0.18%范围内的各种棉籽饼(粕)一次性脱毒,使游离棉酚残留量在0.026%以下,脱毒率随棉酚含量的升高而升高(49%~85.3%)。脱毒后的棉籽蛋白中有6种必需氨基酸(蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、缬氨酸、苏氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸)的含量增加,其中蛋氨酸提高了35.7%~40%,赖氨酸提高了19.4%~27.6%,同时精氨酸减少20%左右,使赖氨酸与精氨酸之比接近正常的吸收比值。发酵脱毒后的棉籽饼(粕)质量有了明显的提高。 After the expeximents of fermenting and shedding toxicant time and again, a kind of fungus(S 9606 )of shedding gossypol toxicity was screened.The results of the experiments prove that the fungus can shed gossypol in cottonseed meal whose gossypol content is 0.045%~0.18% and decrease its free gossypol content to 0.026% and even below.The gossypol toxicity shedding rate is 49%~85.3%.After the cottonseed meal is fermentated and shedding gossypol toxicity,the contents of six essential amino acids (Met、Lys、Val、Thr、Len、Ile)has all increased.Among them Methinoine increases by 35.7%~40%,Lysine increases by 19.4%~27.6%,but Arginine decreases by about 20%,the ratio of lys and Arg.Approaches normal Absorption specific ratio.After the cottonseed meal is fermentated,the quality is improved strikingly.
