Taking the urbanization transformation of Beishidian District of Jincheng City, Shanxi Province, as an example, this paper introduces the present situation of urban villages in this district, expounds the methods and inspirations of the construction of urban village, probes into the planning of communities in the transformation of urban villages, and puts forward some measures for guaranteeing the smooth implementation of the transformation project.
