Through the analysis of raining and wasting drainage pipes in residence community, the principles of quality control is emphasized, the rational steps of firstly to install the raining and wasting main pipes and then to build the residence, as well as the quality control of pipe network during construction demand are put forward, also the strengthen of quality acceptance and government supervision is claimed, so as to realize the quality control of raining and wasting pipe networks.
