摘要
张拉成型拱架结构是近年出现的一种新型大跨空间结构形式,结构中引入了张拉成型技术及预应力技术,这些技术的采用,不仅能解决高空作业问题,从而为施工带来很大便利,而且使结构具有水平推力小、节约用钢量、挠度小等优点,是一种非常有实用价值的新结构。总结了张拉成型拱架结构的特点及发展应用现状,初步分析了其成型机理,并通过简单算例,分析了其成型过程中结构的受力特点。
Stretching molding arch frame is a new form of large spatial reticulated structures, the structure of stretching molding arch frame technology is introduced, and the technology of prestressed technique, not only can solve the problem, and aerial work very convenient for construction, and make the structure of small, save with horizontal thrust total steel quantity, the advantages of small deflection. It is a very useful new structure. This paper summarizes the stretching molding arch frame characteristics and appli- cation status of development, analyses its forming mechanism, and through simple example, analyses the forming process of structural stress characteristics.
