摘要
采用“累积分布曲线法”,用3个稻瘟病菌系接种鉴定,分析水稻恢复系6180抗稻瘟病的基因。结果表明,6180对B13、E3两个小种的抗性是由3对显性基因控制的;对B29小种的抗性是由2对显性基因控制的。
By means of Cumulative Distribution Curve Method, three sets of F 3 lines derived from the cross combination Lijiangxintuanheigu×Restore line 6180 were tested with three strains of Pyricularia oryzae. The results indicated that the resistance of Restore line 6180 to B 13 , E 3 strains were controlled by three dominant genes, and the resistance to B 29 strain was controlled by two dominant genes.
