Optimization of process parameters for increase in the yield of industrial naphthalene

通过分析工业萘收得率低的原因,采取优化焦油蒸馏操作,用萘油清洗结晶机,改变混合油的利用方式和适当降低酚洗油含萘等措施,工业萘收得率提高1.34%,已取得很大的经济和社会效益。

By means of analysis on the origin of low yield of industrial naphthalene and adoption of a series counter measures such as optimization of tar distillation,rinse of the crystal machine with naphthalene oil,alteration of the mixture oil utilization pattern and properly reduction of the naphthalene content in the low hydroxyl benzene bearing wash oil,the yield of industrial naphthalene rises by 1.34 % and thus great economical and social benefits have been achieved.
