摘要
将轻烧镁粉、菱镁石颗粒和水按不同配比混合,液压成型为圆柱试样,利用试验分析讨论不同配比、成型压力对试样理化性能的影响;通过采用不同轻烧镁粉和菱镁石颗粒配比可以调整试样中MgO含量和灼减量,以满足不同钢厂转炉的配镁造渣工艺和护炉需要。
Initially the light burnt magnesium powder and magnesite are blended with water by various proportions and then transformed into columnar sample by hydraulic pressure.By experiments and analysis on the sample the effects of different ratio and forming pressures on the chemical and physical properties are discussed.By means of adoption of different proportion of light burnt magnesium powder and magnesite granule the MgO in the sample and burning loss can be adjusted and thus the demand of different steel-making plant for slag making with magnesium granule as well as furnace protection can be satisfied.
