摘要
结合武钢冷轧总厂二分厂热镀锌线投产两年多来的生产实践,对热镀锌板锌灰缺陷形成机理进行分析,重点探讨锌灰缺陷产生的原因,提出在实际生产中从工艺、操作和设备等方面采取措施进行控制,减少锌灰缺陷的产生,提高热镀锌板的表面质量。
On the basis of production practice of the galvanizing line in the Cold Rolling Mill in WISCO for many years the mechanism of formation of the zinc ash defects on the surface of the galvanized plate have been analyzed and the cause to the occurrence of the zinc ash defect particularly probed and counter measures in the aspects of process,operation and equipments put forward in order to reduce the zinc ash defect and improve the surface quality of the hot dip galvanized plate.
