基于监测信号突变的故障识别与消除

摘要 以某TRT发电机组故障分析为例,通过使该机组在未带负荷、慢速加负荷和快速加负荷3种工况下运行进行监测,针对各自工况下表现出来的振动值特征和频谱特征展开分析,不仅可准确地找出信号突变是导致振动出现报警的主要原因,而且可以对信号突变的原因做出正确诊断,还可找出轴瓦紧力不足的潜伏性故障隐患,彻底消除设备故障。 In this paper faults occurring in a set of TRT generators are analyzed.By means of monitoring the running status of the generators under three different load conditions,namely load free,low speed on-load and fast speed on-load conditions the features of the oscillating value and spectrum in those different working conditions are analyzed.In this way not only signal mutation can be determined to be the primary cause to the occurrence of oscillation alarm but also reason for the signal mutation can be rightly diagnosed and the latent trouble of loose bearing bush detected as well,thus the equipment troubles can be combed out.
