Analysis on the Social Security under the Market Economy System

从4个方面阐述了建立独立于企业之外、不受企业经济效益影响、能切实提供职工基本生活、医疗、工伤、生育等全方位保障的社会保险体系在维护社会稳定、推进经济体制改革和发展、深化企业改革等方面发挥的巨大作用,指出实现人人保障是完善社会保险体系的最高目标。

From four aspects,this paper discusses the social security system that is independent from enterprise,is free from the influences of enterprise＇s economical efficiency and can provide workers and staffs with all -round insurance including the basic livelihood insurance,medical insurance,injury insurance,and maternity insurance,etc.,and plays an important role in maintaining the social stability,promoting the reform and development of economic system,and deepening enterprise reform,etc.,and points out that realizing the insurance for all persons is the highest target of perfecting social security system.
