摘要
业绩考核要与企业发展战略相适宜。从发展战略的角度出发,重点对煤炭企业集团业绩考核在考核对象、遵循的基本原则、考核指标设置、考核模式设计等方面进行了探索。
The performance assessment should be compatible with enterprise's development strategy. Starting from the angle of development strategy,this paper emphatically probes into the performance assessment of coal enterprise group from the aspects of the assessment objects,the basic principles,the establishment of assessment index,and the design of assessment mode,etc.
