The heating enterprises that want to reduce the energy consumption must promote the energy saving and emission reduction and tap the potential of current heat resource depending on technology progress. This paper probes into the measures for reducing the energy consumption and implementing the resource conservation from the aspects of heat source,heat network and heat users.
