According to the concrete functional requirements of the building of a certain disabled rehabilitation center after its reconstruction,based on the actual situation and reliability appraisal report of the building before its reconstruction,and taking the provisions in relative codes into the consideration,this paper makes the completely analysis,computation and check calculation for the earthquake effect combination,and based on the calculation results,carries out the reconstruction design of original structure and the reinforcement design of relevant structural members.
