摘要
以酶病理组织化学方法研究了林可霉素、石胆酸、硫氢酸α萘酯和月桂酸红霉素酯四种药物诱发豚鼠胆囊炎和胆结石形成过程中,酶、粘多糖及胆汁成份的变化。结果表明:四种药物都能诱发豚鼠胆囊炎,内源性βGCD酶含量显著升高且与胆囊炎症程度明显相关,胆汁βGCD酶与UCB/TB比值显著正相关;βGCD酶和Ca2+的关系与成石时间有关而各组有所差异。胆囊和肝脏ACP、AKP和G6P活性也有明显变化。本文进一步证实内源性βGCD和酸性粘多糖在胆色素结石形成中有关键作用。
The aim of the present study is to establish the cholecystitis model in guinea pig which induced by four different drugs:Lithocholic acid,Lincomycin,α naphthylisothiocyanate,and Erythromycin estolate.Through our research by using histopathology and enzymic histochemistery techniques,we found all of the drugs could induce cholecystitis to a different degree,which general characteristic was the rise of intrastital β glucuronidase and acid mucopolysaccharides in bile and gallbladder tissues.It is concluded that β glucuronidase is interrelated to the severity of cholecystitis and to UCB/TB in bile of test group.The Ca 2+ of bile was affected by the time course of gallstone formation.
